    Punta Palmeras Wind Farm

    Punta Palmeras is a 45MW wind farm consisting of 15 AW116/3000 wind turbines, of 3MW rated power each, by ACCIONA Windpower technology. The turbines are installed on 92m steel tower. Is is able to produce enough energy to power more than 60,000 Chilean homes. It entered operation in 2014.
